2017 Scopes Festival Tickets for “Front Page News” are Available

Tickets for “Front Page News,” the Scopes Trial play with music, are on sale now through the Scopes Festival website and Tennessee Valley Theatre. “Front Page News” will be presented July 14 (7:30 p.m.), July 15 (1 and 5 p.m.) and July 16 (2:30 p.m.) as part of the festival weekend; and on July 22 (1 and 5 p.m.) and July 23 (2:30 p.m.) when there are no festival activities on the courthouse lawn. “Front Page News” is presented in the circuit courtroom of the Rhea County Courthouse, the same room where the 1925 Scopes Evolution Trial was held.
